My name is Stephanie Tran and I
am an Interdisciplinary major at San Francisco State University (SFSU). The
classes I am taking at SFSU are Marketing 431, DAI 325 – Graphic Design 1, DAI
505 Research and Development Lab, and I am TA for Professor Noble’s DAI 370
class. I work at Body Manipulations as an Assistant Manager and a Body Piercer.
I live in the Castro neighborhood with my dog Mollie and my fiancé Adam. I am
getting married after I graduate from SFSU.
What inspires me to become a
designer is the art around my environment. Artists such as Rembrandt, Matisse,
Man Ray, Saul Bass, and Dieter Rams influence and motivate me to become a
designer. In the near future, I hope to become a graphic artist at a gaming
company such as Xanga or Booyah in San Francisco. I plan to stay in San
Francisco for another 2 years to save money so I can travel later on.
